What do you actually do?
I'm a solution architect who makes the tech behind your business work. Three lanes: AI & automation (LLMs and agents doing real work, n8n/Make pipelines instead of manual busywork), business operations & systems (process design, killing the spreadsheet-and-prayer stack), and ecommerce platform engineering — my strong suit (order pipelines, multi-carrier shipping, marketplace–carrier–3PL integration, Shopify GraphQL). If your stack smells like a problem, that's the job.
Do you only fix things, or build new stuff too?
Both. Most jobs start as a Sniff Test or a De-Stink and turn into "now build this properly". I scope and quote each piece up front so there are no surprises.
What's your stack?
AI/LLM APIs and agent tooling, n8n and Make.com automation, Shopify (GraphQL Admin + Storefront), order and fulfilment integrations, webhooks, and general REST/GraphQL glue, mostly on Node/TypeScript. If two systems should talk and don't, that's the job.
How much does it cost?
Fixed price, quoted up front after a free 20-minute triage call — not an open-ended hourly meter. Small jobs are scoped as a single fixed fee; ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. You'll know the number before any work starts.
Are you an agency, and do I need to be in Sydney?
No agency — it's me. You talk to the person doing the work. I'm Sydney-based, but most work happens remotely; if you need local support with AI, automation, ops, or ecommerce anywhere in Australia (or beyond), timezone overlap is the only real constraint.
How fast can you start?
Triage call within a day or two of you reaching out. A scoped job usually lands inside 1–2 weeks depending on how deep the mess goes.
