The Short Version
I've spent 10+ years fixing broken tech for businesses that had no business being as broken as they were. Warehouses running on spreadsheets held together with prayers. Small businesses scaling faster than their tools could keep up. E-commerce operations duct-taped together across five platforms that refuse to talk to each other.
I built SKUNK//SYSTEMS because I kept seeing the same problems — good people, good products, completely overwhelmed by the technology that was supposed to help them. No suits. No buzzwords. Just real solutions that actually work.
My wheelhouse is warehouse logistics, scaling small business tech stacks, and wrangling integrations that vendors swear are impossible. Spoiler: they're usually not.
What I Work On
E-commerce chaos: Multi-platform fulfillment, inventory sync, order routing — the stuff that breaks at 2am when you're not looking.
Small biz scaling: When your business outgrows your tools and you need a tech stack that won't collapse under the weight of success.
Integration wrangling: Making systems talk to each other that were never designed to. APIs, webhooks, custom connectors — whatever it takes.
Self-hosted everything: Docker, Digital Ocean, keeping control of your own data. I'm allergic to unnecessary vendor lock-in.
