IT Consultancy in Perth
Most IT problems aren't really about the one broken tool. Nobody in the building has a whole-stack view of how everything's supposed to fit together. That's the actual problem, every time.
I need local support with…
- Tools that don't talk to each other, and haven't for a while
- Tech that breaks, and nobody actually owns the fix
- Systems and integrations that need designing properly — not patched again
- A technical person who can see the whole stack, not just the one corner they were called about
IT consultancy, done properly, is a whole-system job. I look at how the storefront, the operations tools, the automations, and the infrastructure underneath all fit together — then fix the actual system instead of patching whatever's smoking today. Same solution-architect approach I use everywhere else, across AI and automation, business operations, and platform engineering — not narrowed down to one API or one tool that happens to be on fire.
For a Perth business, that usually means I'm the first person to properly own the technical picture, end to end — someone who can tell you why a workaround exists, what breaks if you remove it, and what actually needs building so the tech stops being the thing you manage around.
Based in Sydney (AEST). I work with Perth businesses remotely across Australia — async-first — with in-person scoping available where it genuinely helps.
Questions
What's the difference between this and hiring an IT support company?
IT support mostly reacts to tickets. This is solution-architecture work: I understand the whole system, design how the pieces should connect, then build or fix the integrations — not reset a password and move on to the next ticket.
Do you work with Perth businesses in person or remotely?
Mostly remote, async-first — I'm Sydney-based (AEST, ahead of Perth/AWST), so scheduling works around the time difference and most of the work doesn't need me in the room anyway. In-person visits to Perth can be arranged for bigger scoping engagements.
What if we don't know exactly what's wrong, just that something is?
That's the normal starting point, honestly. I run a short diagnostic — tracing how the systems actually connect versus how they're supposed to — and it usually surfaces the real problem inside the first conversation or two.
