Ecommerce Help in Adelaide

A growing online store is a good problem to have. Right up until the orders, the shipping, and the five tools stitching them together start eating more of your week than the actual selling does.

I need local support with…

  • A store that's grown past DIY — orders and shipping now need more hands-on attention than they should
  • Payment, inventory, and shipping tools that don't actually talk to each other
  • Manual order handling that should've been automated months ago
  • Someone to look at the setup and just tell you, straight, what's actually wrong

Most stores in this spot don't need a rebuild. They need someone to actually look at the setup — the platform, the payment gateway, the shipping and fulfilment apps, and the handful of steps somebody's still doing by hand because nobody's had the time to fix them. And here's the thing: it's usually a few specific problems, not a fundamental one. A flaky integration. A step that never got automated. A setting nobody even knew existed.

This is the quick-help end of ecommerce work — a store that's outgrown DIY but doesn't need a full platform rebuild, not yet anyway. Tidying up the order-to-shipping flow, fixing what's broken behind the scenes, and automating the busywork that's currently eating someone's afternoon every single week.

Based in Sydney (AEST). I work with Adelaide businesses remotely across Australia — async-first — with in-person scoping available where it genuinely helps.

Questions

What platforms do you actually work with?

Shopify, most of the time — plus whatever's bolted onto it: payment gateways, shipping apps, inventory tools, email and SMS platforms. If it's a mainstream ecommerce tool, chances are it's already familiar, and if it isn't, it's quick to get across.

Do you work with Adelaide businesses in person or remotely?

Mostly remote. I'm Sydney-based (AEST), half an hour ahead of Adelaide (ACST) — close enough that scheduling is never really a conversation. If a deeper look genuinely needs a room and a whiteboard, I'll fly over for it.

My store isn't broken, it's just messy — is that still worth a look?

Yes. Honestly, that's most of the job. "Messy but working" is exactly where the manual steps and half-finished integrations hide — and they're usually cheap to fix once someone's actually looked properly, instead of guessing.
