AI Consultation in Sydney

Every business owner's been told the same thing: put AI in the business and everything changes. Almost none of them have been told the honest part — where it actually fits, and whether it's worth the spend. That's the whole job here. No demo. No hype. Just where it helps, where it won't, and what's worth doing first.

I need local support with…

  • A straight answer on whether AI is worth it for you — not a sales pitch dressed up as advice
  • Someone to cut past the hype and find the one or two places AI would genuinely save you time
  • An honest 'no' on the ideas that won't work, before you spend money proving it the hard way
  • An assessment that ends in a concrete first build you can start on Monday — not a slide deck

This is the work that comes before any building. I look at how your business actually runs — not how a vendor's pitch deck says it should — and find the specific, unglamorous places where AI would give someone their afternoon back. And I'll be blunt, because the AI conversation usually isn't: half the job is telling you what AI won't fix. A broken process doesn't get better because you bolt a chatbot onto the front of it.

What you get isn't a strategy doc that dies in a drawer. It's a short, honest list — what's worth building, what isn't, and one first project scoped tightly enough to start on Monday. If the real answer is "not yet, fix this other thing first," that's the answer you get. I'd rather tell you no early than watch you spend money on a build that was never going to pay off.

Based in Sydney (AEST). I work with Sydney businesses remotely across Australia — async-first — with in-person scoping available where it genuinely helps.

Questions

Is this different from the AI & Automation build service?

Yes — that's the building. This is the step before it: working out where AI actually earns its place before you commit a budget. If you already know what you want built, skip this. If you're staring at the hype wondering what's real for a business like yours, start here.

Do you work with Sydney businesses in person or remotely?

Mostly remote — I'm Sydney-based (AEST), so we're in the same timezone and a call plus a short look at how you actually work usually gets to the real answer fast. Happy to meet in person around Sydney if it's easier.

What if the honest answer is that AI isn't worth it for us right now?

Then that's what I'll tell you. Half the value of an outside technical opinion is being told no before the money's spent — the other half is spotting the one thing that actually would pay off. Either way you leave knowing, instead of guessing.
